Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and results-driven Client Growth Specialist to join our team at AlluraDerm. This is an in-office, primarily phone-based position focused on connecting with prospective and existing clients and converting interest into scheduled appointments.
The Client Growth Specialist serves as a key point of contact for new leads and existing clients, using outbound calls, text messages, and email follow-up to build relationships, answer questions, schedule consultations, and help clients take the next step in their aesthetic journey.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and is motivated by measurable goals and results. Success in this position directly contributes to appointment volume, client retention, provider utilization, and overall clinic growth.
*This role is primarily phone-based, with a strong emphasis on outbound calling and lead follow-up.
*This position must have the flexibility to work Saturdays as business needs require.
*This position may be available on a part-time or full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Outbound Calling: Proactively contact prospective and existing clients by phone, text, and email to nurture interest, answer questions, schedule appointments, and re-engage clients who have not yet booked.
- Appointment Conversion: Build genuine connections with prospective clients, understand their goals, recommend the appropriate next step, and confidently ask for the appointment.
- Client Follow-Up: Maintain consistent and timely follow-up with new leads, previous inquiries, cancellations, no-shows, and other client opportunities using established outreach cadences.
- Client Education: Educate clients on available treatments, services, promotions, packages, and membership opportunities while helping them identify options aligned with their goals.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Support clinic growth by improving consultation bookings, show rates, conversion, client retention, and repeat visits through proactive and value-based communication.
- Scheduling Support: Monitor provider schedules and proactively work to fill available appointment times, last-minute cancellations, and other scheduling opportunities.
- CRM & Client Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client conversations, preferences, goals, follow-up activity, and next steps within clinic systems.
- Performance Goals: Meet or exceed established daily and weekly activity expectations, including outbound calls, follow-up activity, appointments booked, and other client growth metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with providers, clinic leadership, and the Client Growth Manager to stay informed about services, promotions, scheduling needs, and opportunities to improve the client experience.
- Cross-Clinic Support: Provide support to the assigned home clinic while also serving as backup support for additional clinics when needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular performance reviews, coaching, and training to strengthen communication, sales conversion, and overall client engagement.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, call center, appointment setting, or a similar client-facing environment.
- Experience with outbound calling, lead follow-up, or appointment setting strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday communicating with clients by phone.
- Confident initiating conversations and asking prospective clients to schedule appointments.
- Results-oriented and comfortable working toward individual and team performance goals.
- Friendly, professional, and able to build rapport quickly.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities simultaneously.
- Comfortable discussing skincare, wellness, and cosmetic procedures with prospective clients.
- Familiarity with CRM, appointment booking, or medical spa software is a plus.
- Medical spa, beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or similar experience is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant training is a plus.
