The Regional Director serves as a key field-based leader responsible for overseeing a portfolio of medical spa clinics within a defined geographic or strategic region. This role ensures clinic-level execution aligns with Princeton Medspa Partners' (PMP) strategic goals, operational standards, and cultural expectations.

The Regional Director serves as a key field-based leader responsible for overseeing a portfolio of medical spa clinics within a defined geographic or strategic region. This role ensures clinic-level execution aligns with Princeton Medspa Partners' (PMP) strategic goals, operational standards, and cultural expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Provide consistent coaching and leadership to Practice Managers, ensuring alignment with PMP’s operational and performance standards.
- Lead performance management efforts, including setting expectations, conducting evaluations, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Identify and develop internal talent pipelines for future leadership roles (PMs, Leads).
- Lead and motivate regional teams, including clinic managers and staff, to achieve business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee staff training programs and ensure that all employees are adequately equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Ensure compliance with PMP’s standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and brand standards.
- Support successful integration of newly acquired clinics, ensuring seamless alignment with systems (Zenoti), workflows, and corporate initiatives.
- Standardize execution of key clinical and administrative processes across locations.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve the customer experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Analyze and interpret financial performance (P&L), identifying trends, variances, and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with Practice Managers to develop and execute action plans to achieve or exceed revenue, profitability, and utilization targets.
- Support execution of corporate initiatives such as new service rollouts, software launches, marketing campaigns, and operational pilots.
- Ensure alignment of clinic-level activities with broader strategic goals set by the PMP leadership team.
- Serve as the communication bridge between corporate departments (Marketing, HR, Accounting, etc.) and clinic leadership.
- Identify recurring issues, recommend solutions, and elevate trends to senior leadership.
- Achievement of monthly revenue and EBITDA targets
- Staff retention and satisfaction at clinic level
- Compliance with operational standards and timelines (software adoption, training completion)
- Execution rate of corporate initiatives within assigned clinics
- Clinic reputation and client satisfaction scores
Qualifications

- Proven track record of leading and scaling teams across multiple locations with strong operational KPIs
- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze P&Ls, drive revenue, and control costs
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Familiarity with EMR systems and MedSpa operational technology
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Willingness to travel regularly (up to 50% travel requirement) across the assigned region
