Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed, Aesthetician to join our team for a part-time position (3 days per week). The ideal candidate is skilled in delivering relaxing yet results-oriented facials and has a deep understanding of skin health, with a strong ability to customize treatments based on client needs and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideal candidate will have experience in one of these specialty areas:
- CNA license, Permanent Make up, Lash extensions, massage.
- Consult with clients to recommend and customize facial treatments and add-ons
- Maintain detailed client records, before/after photos, and treatment plans
- Ensure the treatment space is clean, sanitized, and stocked
- Provide product and skincare regimen recommendations
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and education
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid state advanced Aesthetician License in North Dakota
- Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience performing facials, microneedling and skincare treatments
- Passionate about skincare and client results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual, professional, and polished appearance
Schedule & Perks:
- Part-Time: 2-3 days per week (24 hours)* Must be flexible and available to work Mondays
